FPS limit is not enabled from what I know, and her gpu is a gtx780, mine is a gtx970 4gb evga edition, I know 780's are strong, but I also know 970's are way stronger and better in performance. In one of her videos, I've seen she had like 200-400fps on the loading screen, when I boot my Skyrim doing exactly what she did, I only get around 50-60fps on loading screen, and 20-45fps in-game with ENB opened, and If I close it, I get around 58-60. I've seen a video with a young lady who helps people on YT setting up ENB projects on Skyrim.
